She gave birth to twins Ella and Alexander just two months ago.
And already Amal Clooney has wowed her fans and followers with her incredible post-baby body, which she’s been subtly showcasing whilst on holiday in Lake Como with her famous husband.
But it would seem that her secret weapon isn’t an instant fix, as it’s reported Mrs. George Clooney has been sticking to a strict diet and exercise regime.
And it would seem the food part of her health plan won’t be for everyone either as it’s fish-based.
Speaking to Heat magazine , an insider told the glossy she’s on a “special Mediterranean fish diet”, and it’s worked wonders apparently.
“She eats fish twice a day,” the source explained, listing the likes of salmon, mackerel and swordfish as being on Amal’s dietary hit-list.
Delving deeper into the glamorous lawyer’s diet, they added: “Breakfast is usually seaweed soup and sometimes a boiled egg, and for lunch and dinner, Amal has fish and chickpeas, plus houmous on a wholegrain cracker.”
She’s also said to have veggies with every meal, and nothing has preservatives in it.
But it’s not just food that Amal has been strict with, as she’s also implemented an exercise routine to go along with her daily dose of pescatarian delight.
Adding that a daily dose of exercise was also scheduled into Amal’s day-to-day life, the source said:
“She also walks for an hour each day, along with 20 minutes of weight-lifting every other day, and 30 minutes of Pilates on the other days.”
Mirror Online have contacted a representative of Amal for comment on the matter.
Amal may be a hot-shot human rights lawyer, who is every bit a success in her field as her husband is in his, but both she and George have been able to step away from their busy schedules this summer to enjoy a quiet and relaxing summer holiday at their Lake Como pad.
